MOBILISE

Joint and spine movement work

Core Explanation

MOBILISE is where the system stops treating muscles in isolation. Many restrictions are linked to how joints, spine, ribs, hips or shoulders move together. We use joint mobilisation, alignment-focused manual work and corrective positioning to help the body access cleaner motion without forcing a medical claim.

What Happens

  • Identify which joints are stiff, unstable or overworking.
  • Use graded mobilisation and positional resets, not random cracking.
  • Pair manual work with breathing or simple drills when needed.
  • Retest the movement pattern that mattered to you at the start.

Client Takeaway

The goal is usable motion: easier turning, bending, reaching, walking or lifting.

Safety Note

High-velocity manipulation is not forced. Medical red flags, severe nerve symptoms or acute trauma need medical review.
