DECOMPRESS

Cupping, heat and tissue unloading

Core Explanation

DECOMPRESS brings in cupping and heat-based recovery tools. Dry cupping and vacuum cupping can create a lifting stimulus over tight, dense or tired tissue. Moxa-style heat work can be used to warm and relax selected areas before movement or deeper manual work. Wet cupping/Hijama is treated as a separate screened service, not a casual add-on.

What Happens

  • Choose dry, vacuum or silicone cups based on the area and tolerance.
  • Use short holds or gentle movement with cups when appropriate.
  • Add moxa-inspired heat work only where warmth is useful and safe.
  • Follow decompression with movement so the body learns the new range.

Client Takeaway

This stage feels different from massage: it creates lift, space and local circulation support around tight zones.

Safety Note

Cupping marks can appear. Wet cupping/Hijama requires separate consent, hygiene protocol and suitability screening.
