RECOVER
Compression and down-regulation
Core Explanation
RECOVER is where the session settles. Manual and instrument work create input; the body still needs time to absorb it. Pneumatic leg compression, guided breathing and recovery pacing help reduce the sense of overload and support readiness for the next session or training day.
What Happens
- Use air-pressure sleeves or compression boots when lower-body recovery fits the session.
- Add breathing or positional resets to calm guarding.
- Discuss sleep, workload and recovery windows in practical terms.
- Choose what should be done today and what should wait.

Client Takeaway
You leave with a calmer system and a clearer recovery plan, not just temporary looseness.
Safety Note
Compression is screened for vascular, clotting, acute swelling and medical contraindications.
