Core Explanation
REVEAL is the starting scan of the RUDRA R8 system. We look at posture, movement quality, painful ranges, tissue sensitivity and the way your body protects itself under load. The goal is not to guess. The goal is to identify which parts need release, which need control, and which need gradual rebuilding.
What Happens
- Discuss your main issue, training/workload, previous injuries and red flags.
- Screen posture, range of motion, balance, joint behaviour and movement confidence.
- Map the areas that feel restricted, overloaded or over-protective.
- Choose the safest starting strategy for the remaining stages.
