What Is Recovery Architecture?
A simple explanation of the RUDRA R8 approach: assessment, manual recovery, tools, movement and follow-up as one system.

Recovery is not one technique
Most people think recovery means massage, stretching or a single tool. RUDRA R8 treats recovery as an architecture: first understand the body, then choose the right manual work, tools, corrective movement and follow-up for that person.
Why the order matters
If a body is guarded, overloaded or compensating, random intensity can make the plan inconsistent. The R8 sequence gives each session a logic: reveal what is happening, release what is guarded, use tools where they fit, rebuild movement, then recover and reactivate.
What it is not
R2U is not medical diagnosis or guaranteed treatment. It is a recovery and performance system that can work alongside medical care when needed.
