What these tools do
IASTM and gua sha-style tools help a practitioner feel tissue texture and apply controlled glide over selected areas. The goal is not to chase bruising; the goal is precise input and better movement response.
When they fit
These tools may be useful when an area feels dense, sticky, guarded or slow to respond to hands alone. They are only one part of the system and should be followed by movement retesting or corrective work.
Safety boundaries
Skin sensitivity, blood-thinning medication, acute inflammation and medical conditions need screening. R2U keeps the work controlled, not aggressive for show.
